New Recipes

I’ve added couple of extremely easy recipes to the Recipes section of ‘Your Instinct’:

Tagliatelle with Tangy Courgette Sauce

Spinach, Mushrooms and Pine Kernels Pasta

SpinachSpinach is  such a versatile vegetable and can be used in a wide variety of recipes. This healthy green vegetable is full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and low in calories. It’s especially important for vegans and vegetarians due to its high calcium and iron content, easier to absorb in cooked spinach.  Lutein, a carotenoid found in spinach, can help protect against eye diseases and cannot be absorbed unless accompanied by fat.

Raw spinach is significantly higher in folate, vitamin C, niacin, riboflavin and potassium. Anti-inflammatory properties of some of the nutrients can mitigate symptoms of arthritis, osteoporosis, migraines/headaches and asthma.

We can’t forget about seasonability. One of my favourites and readily available now is Purple Sprouting Broccoli. Why don’t you try this super easy recipe:

Linguine with purple sprouting broccoli

Bon appetit!
